Festival Rules

BLK Family Reunion Festival is Class A Festival, which means there are a number of rules and ordinances in place to help keep us all safe in a large festival environment.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MARKET

Please note that glass containers and all grills (including electric, propane and charcoal) are prohibited during the festival. Chafing dishes are also prohibited [Other Than Vendor Approved], since any sort of open flame (including Sterno) is not allowed.

Don't worry! There are LOTS of food vendors to satisfy your hunger. If you are interested in joining BLK marketplace as a food vendor, please visit www.blkfrfest.com

  • Please leave all dogs, cats, ponies, and mini-pigs at home, whether they are leashed or not.

  • Grilling is prohibited in all areas of the festival (including electric, propane and charcoal) are prohibited during the festival. Chafing dishes are also prohibited, unless approved by BLK Family Reunion, LLC. There are lots of food vendors thought the festival.
